Would give this place a 0 if I could. Went here on a Tuesday after being involved in a collision, it was already a very stressful time for me and coming here didn't make it better. Waited from 3pm to 6pm for them to file my report, however they filled out everyone elses reports within 20 minutes. When we asked them about the wait at the 2 hour mark, they said they'd get to it but they didn't and we were waiting another hour for them. The workers on the Tuesday evening shift spent more time talking about their dating lives than actually filing the report. The people who come here are already stressed out and scared after an accident, there's no need to make it worse for them.

Akash and Gaby were very friendly and helpful and made the whole process smooth.Would highly recommend using this location if you need to report a collision.

Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that you can’t report accidents happened outside Peel Region. If your accident happened in downtown Toronto you have to either go to Collision Centre in North York or in Scarborough.

Met up for a Kijiji sale was fast and easy and felt safe and secure

I would give 0 if that is an option. We drove all the way here at 4pm. The centre closes at 6pm. The rude lady at the counter told me they are done taking in reports for the day. It's only open from 10am - 4pm (well 6, but they say they usually stop taking in reports from 4pm) so you have to take a day off work to do this and then they don't want to take you in. More than half a million people in Mississauga, there is 1 collision reporting center and 1 lady working from only 10am - 4pm. What a joke. Can't expect more from public services.

Great service. Easy to fill out accident reports

The female employee who was at the reception, not helpful at all. Attitude was so wrong. We asked her a simple question, her replay was roude with some facial expression . She seems hated the Job . Or ceatain ethnicity's!!male employee was more professional and helpful
